1. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Initial consultation fees
  • University shortlisting and counseling sessions
  • Visa interview training and documentation reviews
  • Any service already initiated or completed

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial refund under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment
  • Service work has not yet started
  • No document has been submitted to any university, consulate, or third-party on your behalf
  • In such cases, up to 50% of the fee may be refunded at Delve FZ’s discretion.

3. No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of personal decision or circumstances
  • Admission rejection or visa refusal
  • Delays caused by external institutions or third-party services
  • Services already delivered in full or partially

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@delvefz.com within 7 days of your payment. Include:

  • Your full name
  • Date of transaction
  • Reason for refund request
  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

5. Policy Changes

  • Delve FZ reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page.
